shipping rates

international shipping rates are the pits! we get it. as much as we'd love to offer you free shipping or even flat rate shipping, the reality is that we aren't amazon but as a small business, we have negotiated unmatched weight based priority shipping rates that arrive at quite literally the speed of light and in comparison to the usual rates from the USA to UK etc., and in some instances even within the same country, you'll see we aren't out to make you go broke. as our rates are weight based, we'd suggest you give at least one or two premixes a try, and you can always come back to buy more later 

 

out-of-delivery surcharge fee

the world is a very big place, and if you're based in a really remote region it takes a little more effort to get to you so certain areas are subject to a fixed 'out of delivery' surcharge fee over and above the shipping fee reflected on checkout. if this is applicable to you, you can still check out as you normally would and once we receive your order we will email you a secure paylink to pay the surcharge fee and finalise the process. please note that your order will only be processed for shipment once the surcharge fee has been paid
