Do you ship internationally? 

we are worldwide and we are super fast, baby! like from our door to yours in 2-5 working days* type of fedex fast. beat that amazon

*depending on the shipping option you've selected plus the 2 working days it takes to pack up your order (the magic takes time)

WTH the currency changes when i try to checkout, what's up with that?

we get it, it’s a little confusing when your cart suddenly switches languages (aka currencies) at the end. but it’s not being shady, promise! since chalkdot co. lives in south africa, all payments have to go through in south african rand (ZAR). it’s just how the grown-up money rules work here

but don’t worry your card does all the clever math behind the scenes, and you’ll only ever be charged the equivalent in your own currency. no drama, no sneaky fees. and honestly? your currency probably flexes harder than ours. more chalk for you!

you’ve got two checkout buddies: paystack and payfast. both will do their thing in ZAR, but if you go with payfast, there’s a sweet little dropdown that shows your full total, including shipping, in your currency before you pay. it’s like a tiny translator for your wallet

Do I need a dehydrator to achieve a crust?

not at all! our premixes have been specially made so that your reforms can dry in the dehydrator or the oven, meaning no fancy stuff is needed for the crust you’ve been waiting for. who knew life could be this good?

Can I eat your Uppercrust Just-Add-Water premixes? 

while our mixes are completely non-toxic, they are not made to be consumed. not even a little taste. we’re watching you

Do you accept refunds or returns?

the person you have dialled cannot come to the phone right now. please try again never. no, we joke, but in all seriousness, due to the nature of our product we aren't able to offer refunds or accept returns

Can I reuse the powder once I’ve crushed it? 

of course you can. our uppercrust just-add-water premixes are the gifts that keep on giving so you can reuse our premixes as much as you’d like. in fact, the crust gets better each time it's reformed. it’s as easy as mix, dry, crush, and repeat!

I’ve lost my instruction card. Help!

What if I need to make changes to my order?
